Course Registration

Registration is limited for each training course. All classes must be paid in full at time of registration. E-mail: info@elitehandgunacademy.com or call (214) 607-1199 for more information.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

For all courses requiring payment, the following cancellation policy applies.
Full Refund less 6% : Cancel 120 hours or more days before the class
50% Refund : Cancel 72 hours before the class
25% Refund : Cancel 48 hours before the class

All Coupon/Voucher holders (Living Social, Groupon, WFAA Yollar, ZOZI, Dallas Observer, ClickedIn, Urban Dealight, FunkeyDeals, Dealfind, etc.) must reschedule at least 72 hours prior to start of class to retain credit. No refunds for cancellation will be issued for online coupons/vouchers. Cancelled coupons/vouchers can be re-instated for a $35 processing fee. Only one (1) reschedule is permitted per coupon/voucher. Subsequent reschedules will be imposed a $35 processing fee. No Shows forfeit voucher/certificate, which may be re-instated for a $50 processing fee.

Improper Conduct

Elite Handgun Academy reserves the right to refuse service, and remove from any training course, any person person engaging in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to profanity, sexual innuendo, and other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior will be reported to the proper agency if the situation warrants such disclosure.

Minimum Class Size

A minimum of registered students will be required for all group classes. If the minimum number is not achieved 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the class will be cancelled and all registered students will be notified via email. All registered students will be allowed to reschedule for a future class at no charge
